Customized products do not fall under the right of withdrawal. Therefore, they cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects. Products without personalization can be exchanged/returned within 7 days of receipt. The wallets have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our wallets are made in a minimalist way, to reduce the weak points as much as possible.
